Initial Topic Group Meeting

The initial meeting was held at the BRE innovation campus in Watford, UK. With researchers and industry representatives from around Europe it was a very insightful once again showed that there is a great energy for change in our domain.

With the support of the SPARC roadmap coordinator David Bisset we gathered valuable input for the contribution of the topic group to the multi-annual roadmap. Everybody agreed that the potential impact of robotics in construction is immense but that we need to bring industry and researchers closer together to ensure that the critical step changes are accomplished.
